After the homebuyer's lifestyle is determined, he or she will select the design concept that complements this lifestyle and thus, is the most appealing. There are 14 different design concepts, and often a residence can represent a combination of more than one. The concepts are:

Color Palette
After the lifestyle and design concept have been determined, the homebuyer will select a color palette for his or her residence from the following:
- Earth Tones
- Jewel Tones
- Neutrals
- Pastels
- Primaries
Value
Once the homebuyer has expressed interest in Liveable Lifestyles, he or she will have a consultation with one of the company's representatives to determine his or her needs and purchasing ability. In this consultation, pricing will be discussed, along with the value of the time and energy the homebuyer will be saving by investing in Liveable Lifestyles. Factors of the traditional moving and/or decorating process that will be eliminated include:
- Scheduling of movers and reliance on their timeliness
- Possible vehicle rental, scheduling and payment
- Numerous trips up and down stairs or in an elevator
(if homebuyer chooses to move him or herself) - Time and energy of furnishing selections
- Ordering furnishings
- Delivery scheduling and being present for delivery
- Budget tracking and billing of furnishing purchases
- Furnishing damages during the moving process
- Time and energy of space planning
- Risk of items not fitting into new space
- Time and energy of unpacking and organizing
- Costs such as painting, flooring/carpeting and electrical
